The Team - Andy Malone - Managing Director
Andy is a motivated technical trainer, Most Valuable Profession al (MVP), Consultant, Microsoft Speaker. Recent events include Microsoft TechEd: IT Forum 06 Speaker Idol Winnerker and self confessed technology evangelist with over 13 years experience in IT training and consultancy.
Having been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1994, Andy brings a wealth of real world experience to his courses and teaches to a consistently high standard.
His knowledge stems from early editions of Windows NT, Exchange and the Office platforms to Windows Vista and Longhorn Server. View Andy's Blog Here!

Patricia Malone BA CA, Director and Company Secretary
Patricia is a Chartered Accountant having qualified in 1991 with Ernst & Young in Edinburgh. After traveling and working overseas for a year, she spent 4 years as Financial Controller with an independent insurance broking and financial services group in Glasgow. Following a spell with the British Linen Bank Group in Edinburgh, she joined Quality Training in August 1999.
Patricia is currently responsible for Finance and Administration within the business.
