Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Shipping And Handling We use the Royal mail's Special Delivery service (normally next business day). We pack all our items using either Post Pak or boxes, depending upon the size of the order. Shipping is FREE for UK mainland customers. For EU and other countries please enquire via email to info@quality-training.co.uk Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will inform you when your order will be. Your credit /debt card will not be debited until your order has been processed. Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use the Royal Bank of Scotland Streamline service. Privacy Policy Quality Training (Scotland) Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. For security and copyright reasons electronic media such as CD's, DVD's and software can only be exchanged or refunded if found to be faulty. If you wish to return goods, you must indicate the reason the goods are being returned. The packing list must be included with the return and the package must be wrapped securely. You must send the package within 7 days after the receipt of the goods to the company's address at your cost. The company will refund the purchase price of the goods on receipt of the goods.
